When unpacking unit from shipping pallet,the nuts holding unit to pallet are very tight, and are difficult to remove.

Reliability is excellent, starts easily with electric or pull starter. Plastic snow discharge chute broke at base during second season, due to discharging chunks of frozen snow.

Repaired chute by riveting a section of 6 inch metal furnace duct over the plastic chute, no problems since.
