Very disappointed. Paid top dollar ($1900) for this model. Performance is good, however some nagging design flaws led me to trad e away for an Ariens.

-Show shoot crank is way too low. Constantly stooping over to crank which leads to a sore back after a long session.

- Crank teeth exposed which lets snow and ice freeze up most of the time.
