Very unimpressive. service department is as poor as I have ever seen. Problem with the chute control being sloppy is a constant irritation and was told "thats just the way they are".

Bull horn handle bars are hard to hang onto especially if you need to pull it backward. I should have saved my money and bought a MTD.
