Simplicity Snowblower
Clearing Snow Has Never Been This Simple

There are three kinds of Simplicity snowblower models, each one fit for specific snow clearing needs.

Simplicity products are known for their reliability and ease of use, which is why Simplicity snowblowers are particularly popular in the consumer industry, though Simplicity offers different kinds of products both for consumers and for the commercial industry.

The top three snowblowers from Simplicity consists of a compact single-stage model, an intermediate dual-stage model, and a Signature Pro Commercial Duty Dual-Stage model.

Take Snow Lightly with Compact Simplicity Snow blowers

The Simplicity Compact Single-Stage snowblower is a mean machine disguised in a meek, compact body. The snowblower may be small in size, but it is definitely not to be underestimated. With its excellent mix of features, the compact snowblower from Simplicity can take snow lightly.

It has a 4-cycle Briggs and Stratton Snow Series engine with 5.25 ft.-lbs. gross torque. The machine can clear 22 inches of snow in a swath then throw it a good 30 feet away. Its compact and lightweight body makes it easy to store, especially with its foldable handles.

For added durability and strength, the compact Simplicity snow blower also has rubber auger. But its size is not without limitations.

This snowblower is only suitable for use in small and short driveways, in sideways, and in stairs. If you don’t get much snow but could use snow clearing from time to time, this compact model won’t take up essential space in the garage and can do the work required.

Tackle Snow with Ease

If there is snow that needs more than just clearing and would require a little tackling, then the Intermediate dual-stage Simplicity snow blower is an ideal option. The best offer of this dual-stage model from Simplicity is that it can be easily maneuvered despite its larger size and its larger capabilities.

The price also gets the thumbs up from most consumers. This great offer from Simplicity blends convenience and performance into one machine. The machine, with its Briggs and Stratton Snow Series engine, can tackle heavy winters with the support of its heavy-gauge steel frame, auger housing, a large chute, and separate controls for choke and throttle.

The 4-cycle engine has a 9.0 ft.-lbs. gross torque and can throw snow up to a good 38 feet away. The 24-inch clearing width may not be the widest clearing capacity in the industry but it sure shortens clearing time considerably.

The performance of this Simplicity snow blower is further improved by 12-inch diameter steel auger and a 10-inch, 4-blade impeller. And with its 13-inch Snow Hog tires, the machine can plow through serious snow with great traction.

Other features include a friction disc-drive that features 6 forward speeds and 2 reverse speeds, a 190-degree chute rotation, and an electric start for easy use. The machine, however, is a bit on the expensive side, at a list price of around $1,100.

Heavy Snow, Light Work

Though popular with the consumer industry, Simplicity also offers a commercial model, the Signature Pro Commercial Duty Dual-Stage snowblower. Simplicity lends several innovative features to this model to make it powerful enough for even the largest and most demanding snow clearing tasks.

It is easily maneuverable with its Easy Turn feature, which allows the machine to turn the sharpest turns, even 180 degree turns, with minimal effort. It also has the Power Boost, a unique technology developed by Simplicity and designed to automatically adjust the auger and impeller to match the depth and demand of the snow that needs to be cleared.

The machine comes with Briggs and Stratton Snow Series MAX engine for guaranteed strength and performance, complete with mufflers for quiet operation. With free hand controls, this large heavy duty machine is a convenient tool to have during heavy winters, though all these great features do come at a price.

Pros: Simplicity snowblower models can meet various snow conditions and offer several great features, most of which contribute to ease of use and user convenience.
Cons: Simplicity snowblowers are also a bit on the expensive side.

The Verdict

Simplicity snowblowers bank on the simple operation of their snowblowers, making them the ultimate choice among consumers. Boasting of several great features that make snow plowing and clearing perfectly manageable, Simplicity is a great companion to have during the winter season.
