Disappointing sums it up! If you live in the midwest and get wet midwest snows this is not the snowblower for you. The paddle wheel can not eject the heavy wet snow and it just backs up in the chute.

My 70 year old aunt had a single stage Toro which was able to handle the wet snow better then this two stage Troy Bilt. It you live in CO or UT and get the powder snow that every skier dreams about, it might work but not for wet snow.
