I will never again buy any product from this company, particularly a snow blower. I have had this unit for three seasons with first breakdown within first three months, under warranty. Transmission cable broke. Toro refused to repair but offered free part.

Shipped wrong size. Insisted it was right and that I should install it myself. Finally had to jury rig a coat hanger wire. Now the cable that controls the chute control is broken and has to be manually adjusted and held continuously to operate.

Machine clogs continuously with any but the lightest snow. I bought this because it was made in America but the quality is an absolute joke. The only good thing about this unit is that it never fails to start. The Snow King Tecumseh engine is outstanding. Too bad the rest is junk.
